Aum Love Now is a long-term spiritual and ecstatic meditation practice rooted in love, conscious awareness, and disciplined daily practice. Through moving awareness between seven energetic centers, chanting the mantra Aum Love Now, and cultivating love within the space between our hands, we practitioners gradually develop a deeper relationship with ourselves and with life itself. The intention is simple: to become more loving, more aware, and more fully present in service to the unfolding good of humanity, all life on Earth, and life everywhere.
